Cancellation Policy: • Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total service cost. • No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be charged the 20% cancellation fee. • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the 20% cancellation fee will apply. • The cancellation fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
